2.3.0 Bug: Binary Problem

Aug 23, 2012 at 12:15 PM

I use MySql5.5, the .net connector is 6.5.4.

GetCurrentContext().Sql("update Files set ExecuteFileName = @name, ExecuteFile = @file where ID = @id")
                .Parameter("name", entity.ExecuteFileName)
                .Parameter("file", entity.ExecuteFile, FluentData.DataTypes.Binary, FluentData.ParameterDirection.Input)
                .Parameter("id", entity.ID)
                .Execute();

This code runs ok in 2.2.2, but when I change to 2.3.0, error happened:

MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException (0x80004005): Parameter '@file' must be defined.

Hi, I haven't forgotten about this, however after upgrading to Windows 8 I'm having an issue to get the virtual machine with all the databases (that FluentData support) working as well as the ADO.NET providers. I will notify you when it's fixed.

Dear Erik,

Has this been fixed? My latest Nuget version still has this issue.
